I found the cutest fitness journal yesterday! I snatched it up and wanted to share it here. I like to track my eating. Not because I’m so concerned with how much I eat, but more to keep me focused on clean/whole foods eating. I also like to track my workouts to be sure that I am in balance and not doing too much or too little. I have tried to track these things online but I really would rather just write them down.
I love how it incorporates gratitude and inspiration into the journal. I found this at Shopko and it was not super expensive. I started to use it yesterday and I think it is going to work out great!
