September Ipsy Bag

I am seriously enjoying this month’s Ipsy Bag! Today I’m going to take a look at three of the products I received in my September bag.

The first product I want to talk about it the Glow brand body butter.

Glow Body Butter

Body Butter 2

As you can I have used most of it. This lovely body butter contains coconut, jojoba, and sunflower oils. It has a nice light citrus scent. As far as I can tell it is dye free. The company donates 5% of all sales to non-profits. It is very thick and worked wonders on my chronically dry skin. It would also be good for feet or any place you might experience rough patches. I wish I had more!

I was not sure about the lip/blush butter. The color did not thrill me at first look. I ended up really liking it. It lasted on my face all day and kept my lips from drying out. This product is cruelty and gluten-free! It has a nice buttery feeling when applied and I would definitely buy it in multiple colors.

Lip/Blush Butter

Lastly, I want to talk about the eye liner. Eyeliner is the hardest thing for me to buy. I just struggle to find a product that I like. This eyeliner did not disappoint. It stayed on all day and still looked good at the end. I liked the finish and the brush. It has one of those marker tips which I find easy to use. I’m going to see if I can find Eyeko in any of my local stores.

Above is a photo of me with the lip/blush butter and eyeliner on. Sorry, it’s not a great pic, I was recovering from having my wisdom teeth taken out. As you can see the lip/blush butter is lightly pigmented and pretty for everyday wear. The eyeliner has a slightly glossy finish. I will review the lip plumper and nail color once I give it a try.

Have you tried any of these products? What did you think?
